Always pay attention to the placement of the product: avoid direct sunlight, warm areas, and locations with strong air circulation. Heat and excessive airflow can cause the product to evaporate much faster. Sunlight may also cause discoloration.

In the first 24 hours, the sticks absorb the fragrance oil, which may make it seem as if the diffuser is running out quickly during the first week. Once the sticks are saturated, however, the fragrance will be released more gradually. Also pay attention to where you place the product: avoid direct sunlight, warm areas, and locations with strong air circulation. Heat and excessive airflow can cause the product to evaporate much faster. Sunlight may also cause discoloration.

The fragrance sticks are made from a special fiber, a blend of cotton and terylene. This fiber ensures maximum fragrance diffusion and therefore does not need to be turned over. However, you can always choose to flip the sticks if you would like a fragrance boost.
