Return conditions:
  • Returned products will only be accepted if they are unopened and, if possible, still in the original packaging.
  • Our products purchased from an external website cannot be returned to Marie-Stella-Maris.
  • Items ordered through our webshop cannot be returned to our physical store(s).

  • Ship your return package via UPS or DHL for €6.25 in the Netherlands or €9.95 from Belgium.
  • Place the item back in the original box.
  • Easily pay via iDEAL.
  • Include the packing slip in the return package for quick processing.
  • Receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace.

How it works?

  • Pay via iDEAL to receive the return label.
  • You will receive an email from Returnista with the DHL label to attach to your package.
  • Take your package to a UPS or DHL point to send it.


Pick-up Service - Netherlands €6.96

  • Simply place the item back in the original box.
  • No printer needed; the return process is managed online.
  • Conveniently pay via iDEAL.
  • Receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace once the package is collected.
  • You will automatically receive a notification once your return is received and processed.

How it works?

  • Receive an email from Returnista confirming the pick-up appointment.
  • Once your return is delivered to us, it will be processed within five working days.


How can I return an order from another country?
If you live in a country other than the Netherlands or Belgium and you wish to return your order, please send an email Once we receive and process your package, you will receive a refund within 7 working days to the account you used for the original purchase. When returning your product, always request a track & trace code. Without this code, we cannot assist in case of loss by the shipping company. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
How long will it take for my money to be refunded?
We strive to refund the purchase price within 10 business days of receiving your return. You can always send an email to our to check the status of your return.
How can I return an order I picked up in the store?

You can return your order at the store you collected it from. If you prefer to return it to a different store, that's also possible. Always bring your order confirmation with the order number so we can assist you promptly.

Additionally, it is possible to return your package yourself through the return policy on our website. Please note that you will have to pay shipping costs for this option. Returning the item in one of our stores is free of charge. The refund for your return will be processed in the same way as your payment. For instance, if you paid via Ideal, the amount will be credited back to your account.
