What does the REFILL Subscription entail?

With our REFILL Subscription, you automatically receive your favorite REFILL products at
regular moment. This way, you will always have your favorite fragrance at home!

Which products can I order with the REFILL Subscription?

You can subscribe to the following products: Hand Soap REFILL 500 ml, Body Wash REFILL 500
ml, Fragrance Sticks REFILL 750 ml, and our Scented Candle REFILL for the 300-gram candle.

Is the REFILL Subscription also available in stores?

No, at this moment the service is only available online. You can only sign up and manage your
subscription via our website.

How do I sign up for the REFILL Subscription?

Signing up for the REFILL Subscription is very simple. Go to the product you want to receive,
choose the desired frequency (for example, every 4, 8, or 12 weeks), and place the product in
your shopping cart as a “subscription” instead of a one-time purchase. Then proceed to check
out as usual. From now on, your favorite REFILL product will be delivered automatically at the
frequency you selected. Currently, it is only possible to sign up for the subscription via Credit
Card
.

Which payment methods are available for the REFILL Subscription?

Currently it is only possible to subscribe via credit card. The amount will be automatically
charged to your credit card with each delivery. Other payment methods are not available.

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Via your Marie-Stella-Maris account, you can modify or
cancel the subscription. Please note that any shipments already scheduled may still be sent if
they were prepared shortly before cancellation.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped according to the frequency you have chosen. As soon as the order
is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you
can follow your package.

Do I pay shipping costs for my REFILL Subscription?

Depending on the number of products you have subscribed to, you may pay shipping costs.
Shipping is free when you subscribe to 2 or more products.

In which countries can I take out a REFILL Subscription?

Currently, it is only possible to subscribe within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I pause or change my REFILL Subscription?

Yes, you can. If, for example, you have enough stock or temporarily do not want to receive a
delivery, you can pause the subscription for as long as you like. Once you are ready to receive
new shipments, simply reactivate your subscription. You can adjust this yourself in your Marie-Stella-Maris account.

What if I want to change my address?

If you want to change your address, you can easily do so in your Marie-Stella-Maris account.
Please note that any shipments already scheduled may still be sent if they were prepared
shortly before making the change.
