Signing up for a REFILL Subscription is very simple. Go to the product you would like to receive, choose the desired frequency (for example, every 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks) and place the product in your shopping cart as a "subscription" instead of a one-time purchase. Then complete your order as usual. From now on you will automatically get your favorite refill delivered to your home at the frequency you have chosen.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. To do so, log in to your Marie-Stella-Maris account. Here you can make the changes yourself. Please note that already scheduled shipments may still be sent if they were prepared shortly before cancellation.
Your order will be shipped according to the frequency you have chosen. Once the order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can track your package.
Depending on how many products you have chosen as a subscription you will pay shipping costs. For 2 products or more the shipping costs are waived.

Yes, you can. For example, if you still have plenty of stock or temporarily don't want to receive deliveries, you can temporarily pause for the period you want. As soon as you are ready to receive new shipments, turn the subscription back on. You can adjust this yourself in your Marie-Stella-Maris account.
If you want to change your address, you can easily do so in your Marie-Stella-Maris account. Please note that already scheduled shipments may still be sent if they were prepared shortly before cancellation.
