Refreshing Mocktail
Elderflower Mocktail
Welcome the summer season with a refreshing Elderflower Mocktail! The Elder cordial with elderflower combined with quince and a pinch of nutmeg is the perfect foundation for a floral summer drink.
Ingredients:
Marie-Stella-Maris Elder Cordial
Marie-Stella-Maris sparkling water or sparkling tap water
Pear juice
Juice of half a lemon
Slice of pear
Ice cubes
Preparation
1. Add a layer of Elder Cordial to a pitcher
2. Then add 1/3 pear juice and 2/3 sparkling water
3. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir well
4. Fill the glasses halfway with ice cubes
5. Pour the mocktail into the glasses and garnish with a slice of pear
6. Cheers! Enjoy!
