No. First, log in to your account via www.marie-stella-maris.com/account. Then go to your order history and click the ‘Join Now’ button in the top right-hand corner to activate your membership. Do you have more than one account? Please note: your membership can only be linked to one account.

No, you’ll only receive Drops for purchases made after your membership account has been created. So make sure you’re logged in before placing an order.

Yes, we can arrange that for you. Please send an email to customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com and we’ll get the process started for you. Do you have Drops on multiple accounts? If so, we can transfer them to your chosen account.

Purchases made before you joined Club Marie will not be converted into Drops. Keep saving and engaging with our brand to increase your Drops balance.

You’ll receive Drops when you sign up for Club Marie. You can also earn Drops by:

In your membership account, you’ll find the ‘Refer a friend’ option. Your friend will receive a €10 discount on their first purchase. As soon as your friend places their first order via your link, you’ll receive 100 Drops.

No! You can keep earning unlimited Drops by shopping, writing reviews and contributing to our refill concept.

Yes, your Drops expire after 12 months of inactivity.

You can redeem your Drops in three ways:

Premium Products

• Pay entirely with Drops
• Redeemable with your next online purchase
• The selection is updated every two months
  

Limited Products

• A product selected each month, such as a limited-edition item or merchandise
• Pay partly with Drops and a small additional payment
• Redeemable online and in our boutiques
• After redeeming, you will receive a discount code
  

Discount Vouchers

• 100 Drops = €5 voucher
• 200 Drops = €10 voucher
• 300 Drops = €15 voucher
  

Vouchers can be used online and in our boutiques with a minimum spend of €50.

No, you can use one discount voucher per purchase.

No, Drops and discount vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, such as sales or limited-time offers.

Please ensure you add a standard product to your basket first before redeeming your Drops. Premium products can only be added in conjunction with another purchase.

Yes, that’s correct. When you redeem your Drops for a Limited Product, you’ll receive a discount code. Here’s how it works:

• Find the Limited Product via the navigation bar.
• Add the product to your shopping cart.
• Enter the discount code you received at checkout.
  

The discount will then be applied automatically.

Yes. When you return the entire order:

• You’ll receive a refund for the amount paid after the discount.
• The Drops you used will be added back to your account.
