RETURNS POLICY
Not satisfied with your product? No problem! You may return your purchased products within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, without giving us any reason. Returned products will only be accepted if they are unopened. Hygiene-sensitive products will be refused if the seal has been broken and the product is not suitable for return once unsealed.

Conditions for returns:
- Returned products will only be accepted if they are unopened.
- Products purchased via an external website cannot be returned at Marie-Stella-Maris.
- Products must be returned within the 14-day return period.
- Returns in-store are only possible in the country of purchase.
- Orders placed via our webshop cannot be returned to our boutiques.
Self return - Netherlands, Belgium or Germany (free)
In the event you return products for reasons other than defectiveness or non-conformity with your order, you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the products.
Ship your return package free of charge via DPD or DHL in the Netherlands,Belgium or Germany
- Place the items in their original packaging and pack them securely for shipping.
- Receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace.
How does it work?

- You will receive an email from Returnista with a QR code for your return.
- Drop off your parcel at the designated drop-off point.

No, unfortunately, online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in our Boutiques. Online orders can only be returned by registering your return through our online return form.
Products must be exchanged or returned within the 14 calendar day return period.
If you live in a country other than the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany and wish to return your order, you may email customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com for further instructions. Once we have received and processed your package, you will be refunded within 10 business days to the account you used for the original purchase. When returning your product, always ask for a track & trace code. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company. The return costs are for your own account.
We strive to refund the purchase price within 10 business days of receiving your return. You can always send an e-mail to our customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com to check the status of your return.
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact our Consumer Care Department. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and availability.
