RETURNS POLICY

Not satisfied with your product? No problem! You may return your purchased products within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, without giving us any reason. Returned products will only be accepted if they are unopened. Hygiene-sensitive products will be refused if the seal has been broken and the product is not suitable for return once unsealed. Only items ordered via the Marie-Stella-Maris  webshop can  be returned at one of our Marie-Stella-Maris Boutiques.

Conditions for returns:
  • Returned products will only be accepted if they are unopened. 
  • Products purchased via an external website cannot be returned at Marie-Stella-Maris.
  • Products must be returned within the 14-day return period.
  • Returns in-store are only possible in the country of purchase.
What are the return options?

Returning to a Marie-Stella-Maris Boutique

  • Return the product in a Marie-Stella-Maris Boutique of your choice preferably in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase or order number.
  • Returns in any of our Boutiques are free of charge.

Self return - Netherlands (free) or Belgium €9,95

In the event you return products for reasons other than defectiveness or non-conformity with your order,  you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the products.

Ship your return package free of charge via DPD or DHL in the Netherlands or €9.95 from Belgium:

  • Place the item back in its original box.
  • Pay easily via iDEAL.
  • Add the packing slip to the return package for quick processing.
  • Receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace.

How does it work?

  • Click on the 'register return' button.
  • You pay via iDEAL to receive the return label.
  • You will receive an email from Returnista with the label from DHL that you can stick on your package.
  • Take your package to UPS or DHL point for shipping.

Collection service - Netherlands €6,96

  • Just return the item in its original box.
  • No printer needed, the return process is online.
  • Pay conveniently via iDEAL.
  • Receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace as soon as the package is picked up.
  • You will automatically receive a message as soon as your return has been received and processed.

How does it work?

  • Register your return and select where and when you want your package to be picked up.
  • Pay easily via iDEAL for the return of your order.
  • Receive an e-mail from Returnista with a confirmation of the collection appointment.
  • Once your return is delivered to us, it will be processed within five business days....

Can I exchange or return my online order in a Marie-Stella-Maris Boutique?

Yes, you can exchange or return products ordered online at any of our Boutiques, provided you meet the return conditions as included in our General Terms  and Conditions as well as our return section on the website.

How long do I have to exchange or return my online order in a Boutique?

Products must be exchanged or returned within the 14 calendarday return period.

Can I return or exchange my product at a different Boutique than where I bought it?

Yes, you can return or exchange your product at any of our Marie-Stella-Maris Boutiques in the country of purchase, as long as it is within the return period and meets the return conditions.

How can I return an order from another country?

If you live in a country other than the Netherlands or Belgium and wish to return your order, you may email customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com for further instructions. Once we have received and processed your package, you will be refunded within 7 business days to the account you used for the original purchase. When returning your product, always ask for a track & trace code. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company. The return costs are for your own account.

How long will it take for my money to be refunded?

We strive to refund the purchase price within 10 business days of receiving your return. You can always send an e-mail to our customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com to check the status of your return.

If you return the product at a Boutique, the refund will be processed directly through the payment method you used to purchase your order or product. In some cases, this may depend on the payment process.

Will I receive a refund immediately if I return a product in-store?

Yes, if you return the product at one of our Boutiques, the refund will be processed immediately via the original payment method used for your order. In some cases, this may depend on the payment provider’s processing time. 

I picked up my online order at the store. How can I return it?

You can also return the order you picked up in the store there. If you prefer to return to another store, this is also possible. Always bring your order confirmation with you with the order number so we can help you quickly.

It is also possible to return your package yourself via the return policy on our website. Please note that you will have to pay shipping costs for this option. Returns in one of our stores are free of charge.

The amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid. For example, if you paid via Ideal, the amount will be credited back to your account.

What happens if the product is damaged or defective?

If your product is damaged or defective, you can return it to a Marie-Stella-Maris Boutique. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and availability. Do I need proof of purchase to exchange or return in-store?

Yes, to exchange or return a product, you need a receipt or order number. You can find this in the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order.
