Competition terms and conditions and rules Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V.

All competitions organized by Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. are subject to these terms and conditions.
With its actions, Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. act in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance dated January 1, 2014.
Participation in an action implies acceptance of the action conditions. No disputes of these action conditions will be considered.

In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V.

Participation in actions is free of charge. The duration of an action is indicated in the description of the action in question.
Participants are obliged to perform the registration acts, such as completing a participation form, in person. A natural person who participates in an action through a third party/intermediary does not qualify as a participant.
Employees of Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. are excluded from participation.
Each participant can participate in an action a maximum of once.
Participants are obliged to provide correct, current and complete information when participating in a contest.
Participants must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code if they are invited to write a review about Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. products.
In order to participate, a participant must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the Netherlands.
Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
Under no circumstances can Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. be held responsible for the entry by the entrant of a wrong telephone number, e-mail or home address, which leads to a wrong or unknown address of the entrant, or for a malfunction of the network, hardware or software that results in a limited or delayed provision of data by the entrant, or loss of such data.

The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges who will review the answers.
Winners will be personally notified within 5 business days after the closing date of an action via the email address used to enter the action. In addition, the results can be viewed on the website indicated in the promotion. Correspondence about the results of the actions is not possible.
If multiple numbers of the same prize can be won, Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. will only pay out one article per prize per email address or home address.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods.
Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. will make the non-cash prizes available according to their current status. Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. are not liable for any (visible and/or hidden) defects to the prizes and/or any other damage to the prizes (including damage caused by shipping and/or other means of transportation. Any gaming tax and VAT paid in connection with prizes will be paid by Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V..
By participating, each prize winner agrees to cooperate in promotional activities in connection with the promotion, including the presentation of the prize. Any photos may be used by Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. for publicity purposes.

By participating in the action, the participant gives permission to Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. to collect all data and provide them to third parties that Studio Henk B.V. deems necessary for the organization of the action and the awarding of the prizes.
The participant acknowledges being aware of the collection and provision of the aforementioned data and of the use that may be made thereof and agrees to the privacy regulations of Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V.

Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. may, at their discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these action terms and conditions during the action period, or change or modify the action without giving any reason. We therefore advise you to consult these conditions regularly.
Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. do not guarantee the undisturbed and uninterrupted operation of its website(s) or the services provided or used by it. Despite the utmost care taken by Studio Henk B.V. to manage the website, it is possible that the information is incomplete or incorrect. The participant himself is responsible for adequate facilities (such as telecommunication facilities) to participate in the actions.

If a participant has a complaint or objection about Studio Henk products, then the participant can make this known to Studio Henk B.V. within 5 working days after the complaint arose or could reasonably be established by sending a letter to Studio Henk B.V., Verrijn Stuartweg 14, 1112 AX Diemen or e-mail to stating 'complaint prize action'. Studio Henk B.V. will handle the complaint and contact the participant about its settlement. If the complaint is not handled to the satisfaction of the complainant, there is the possibility to file a complaint with the 'Kansspelautoriteit'.
If a participant has a complaint or objection about Marie-Stella-Maris products, then the participant can make this known to Marie-Stella-Maris B.V. within 5 working days after the complaint arose or could reasonably be determined, by sending a letter to Marie-Stella-Maris B.V., Generaal Vetterstraat 75-E, 1059 BT Amsterdam or e-mail to stating 'complaint prize action'. Marie-Stella-Maris will deal with the complaint and contact the participant about settlement. If the complaint is not handled to the satisfaction of the complainant, there is the possibility to file a complaint with the 'Kansspelautoriteit'.

Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. is not liable for any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from or related to (participation in) an action. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be held against Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. and cannot in any way create an obligation for Studio Henk. Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. is not liable for any damages, of any kind, in connection with the use of the website or links to third-party websites on its website or other technical facilities. Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by the participant in connection with participation in the promotion.

Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. reserve the right to suspend, terminate or change the actions at any time due to force majeure and not to pay the prizes. Force majeure includes in any case the declaration of bankruptcy of the supplier and/or sponsor of a prize or the application for a moratorium by this supplier/sponsor. In such cases, Studio Henk B.V. and Marie-Stella-Maris Care B.V. may award an alternative prize.

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. All disputes in connection with these terms and conditions and/or the actions will be submitted to the competent court in Diemen or Amsterdam.
