How long do the fragrance sticks last?

250ML: 3-4 months.

When using the product, always pay attention to its placement: avoid direct sunlight, warm places and locations with a lot of airflow. Heat and strong winds can cause the product to deteriorate much faster. Sunlight can also cause discolouration.

My fragrance sticks seem to be running out faster than usual. Why is this?

In the first 24 hours, the sticks absorb the delicious fragrance, which is why it may seem as if it empties quickly in the first week. However, once the sticks are saturated, the fragrance will be released more slowly. Also, pay attention to where you place the product: avoid direct sunlight, warm places and locations with a lot of airflow. Heat and strong winds can cause the product to burn out much faster. Sunlight can also cause discolouration.

Should the fragrance sticks be turned over?

The fragrance sticks are made from a special fibre; a blend of cotton and terylene. This fibre ensures maximum fragrance diffusion and therefore does not need to be turned over. You can always choose to turn the sticks over if you need a fragrance boost.
