When using the product, always pay attention to its placement: avoid direct sunlight, warm areas, and locations with strong airflow. Heat and strong wind can cause the product to degrade much faster. Sunlight can also cause discoloration.

In the first 24 hours, the reeds absorb the wonderful fragrance, so it may seem like they run out quickly in the first week. However, the scent will release more slowly after the reeds are saturated. Also, pay attention to the placement of the product: avoid direct sunlight, warm places, and locations with strong airflow. Heat and strong wind can cause the product to deplete much faster. Sunlight can also cause discoloration.

The fragrance sticks are made of a special fiber: a blend of cotton and terylene. This fiber ensures maximum fragrance diffusion and therefore doesn't need to be turned. You can always choose to turn the sticks if you need a scent boost.
