No. First, log in to your account via www.marie-stella-maris.com/account. Then go to your order overview and click on the 'Join Now' button in the top right to activate your membership. Do you have multiple accounts? Please note: your membership can only be linked to one account.

No, you only receive Drops for purchases made after your membership account has been created. So make sure you are logged in before placing an order.

Yes, we can arrange that for you. Send an email to customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com and we will set this in motion for you. Do you have Drops on multiple accounts? Then we can transfer these to the desired account.

Purchases made before you became a Club Marie member will not be converted into Drops. Keep collecting and interacting with our brand to grow your number of Drops.

You already receive Drops when you sign up for Club Marie. Additionally, you can earn Drops by:

• Making purchases (extra Drops on refills)

In your membership account, you'll find the option 'Refer a friend'. Your friend will receive a €10 discount on their first purchase. As soon as your friend places their first order using your link, you'll receive 100 Drops.

No! You can keep earning unlimited Drops by shopping, writing reviews, and contributing to our refill concept.

Yes, your Drops expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Check that you were logged into your membership account and make sure you pay with the email address associated with your Club Marie account.

You will not receive Drops for:

• Returns
• Cancelled orders

Drops earned from a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your balance.

It can take minutes to hours for Drops to become visible. First, try:

• Refreshing your browser
• Logging out and logging back in

You can redeem your Drops in three ways:

• Premium Products
• Can be fully paid for with Drops
• Only redeemable with a subsequent online purchase
• The selection is refreshed every 2 months

Limited Products

• Monthly selected product (e.g. limited edition or merchandise)
• Partially pay with Drops + small co-payment - Redeemable online and in our boutiques
• After redemption, you will receive a discount code

Discount Vouchers

• 100 Drops = €5 voucher
• 200 Drops = €10 voucher
• 300 Drops = €15 voucher

Can be used online and in our boutiques with a minimum spend of €50

No, you can only use one discount voucher per purchase.

No, Drops and discount vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, such as sale events or temporary discounts.

Please ensure you add a regular product to your cart before redeeming your Drops. Premium Products can only be added in combination with another purchase.

Yes, that's correct. When you redeem your Drops for a Limited Product, you will receive a discount code. Here's how it works:

• Find the Limited Product using the navigation bar.
• Add the product to your shopping cart.
• Enter the discount code you received during checkout.

The discount will then be applied automatically.

Yes. When you return the entire order:

• You will receive the amount paid (after discount) back
• The Drops used will be added back to your account

When returning an item, the earned Drops will be deducted from your account. Did this purchase help you achieve a higher status? If so, this status will be forfeited upon return of the order.
