What is the Rewards for Care program?

The Rewards for Care program is designed to reward you for your contributions to sustainable water projects. Each time you refill our products, you earn more points compared to making new purchases. Join us and get rewarded while helping to improve yourself, the world, and others!

How do I become a member of the Rewards for Care program?

To join Rewards for Care, you need tocreate an account using your email address and a password.

Account

I already have an account. Am I automatically a member?

Yes, we've taken care of that for you! All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in the membership program. This allows you to start earning points, which you can use for free products or valuable donations. If you have multiple customer accounts, please note that your membership can only be linked to one account.

Do I receive points for purchases made before creating my membership account?

You only receive points for purchases made after creating your membership account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order to earn points!

I have multiple accounts. Can these be merged?

Since we are just launching our loyalty program in 2024, we recommend selecting one account and making all future earnings on that same account.

I have made purchases on my account in the past. Where can I find these points?

Purchases made before the launch of the membership program will not be converted into points on your account. With an existing account, points start from zero: keep collecting and interacting to move up levels.

Earning Points

How can I earn points?

To start with, every member gets a reward just for signing up for our membership program. Besides earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account, follow us on Instagram, write a review, and refer a friend to earn points. Check out all the ways to earn points on the membership page.

Why do you earn more points for refilling products than for buying new products?

By purchasing one of our refills, you contribute to reducing packaging, waste, and CO2 emissions. We want to reward you for this conscious choice by giving you extra points. Together, we make an impact. Join the Refillution!

Do purchases from retailers count towards my Membership?

Unfortunately, no. This program is only for purchases made through www.marie-stella-maris.com or in one of our stores.

How do I earn points by writing a review?

You can earn points by writing a review for any product of your choice. Make sure you are logged in to your membership account, so the points are automatically added to your account. 

How do I refer friends to receive extra points?

In your membership account, you will find a page with options to earn points, including 'refer a friend'. By clicking on this, you can send an automatic email to a friend who is not yet part of our membership program. In this email, you give a €10 discount gift for your friend’s first purchase. You receive 100 points when your friend clicks on this email and makes their first purchase.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No! That’s one of the best things about being part of our rewards program! You always have the opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand, and especially by purchasing refill products during seasonal sales.

I earned points with my last purchase and moved to a higher status, but now I want to return this purchase. What happens to my points and status?

When you return the product, the points will be deducted from your account. This also means that if you upgraded your status, you would lose this upgrade. 

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive, but I don’t see a change in my account balance. Did I get the points?

There may be a delay in the communication of our systems, and points can take a few minutes to a few hours to appear in your account. If you feel that you earned points but do not see them in your account, you can try these steps:

  • Refresh your browser.
  • Log out and then log back into your account.
  • Check your 'Rewards History' in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you noticing. Your 'Rewards History' shows the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, and any redemptions made on your account. 
Can my Rewards for Good points expire?

If you do not make any purchases or earn points for 12 months, you will be considered inactive, and your points will be reset to zero.

Why did I not earn points for my purchase?

Make sure you were logged into your membership account and did not accidentally check out as a guest. You need to be logged in when making purchases to earn points. You also do not earn points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Keep in mind that any points earned from a purchase that you later return will be deducted from your points balance.

How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points for premium products or events is very easy! Visit your membership login area oto view all our amazing reward options and click on the 'Redeem' button to exchange your points for your chosen item or event.


Please note: You can only redeem your product with your next purchase. Currently, you can only redeem Drops online via www.marie-stella-maris.com and not in our stores.
How to Redeem Your Drops for Limited Edition Branded Essentials?

To redeem your Drops for Club Marie's Limited Edition Branded Essentials, you must always exchange your Drops in combination with paying a reduced price. Follow these steps to redeem your Drops and complete your purchase:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Redeem Drops and receive a code:
  • Exchange a certain number of Drops and receive a code that allows you to purchase the product at a reduced price.
  • Note: Once you have redeemed your Drops, they will be deducted from your total balance. If you decide not to purchase the product, the Drops will not be automatically refunded. Please contact Customer Care to get your Drops back.

    2. Access the exclusive page:
  • Use the code to access the exclusive page where you can add the product to your cart.
  • Checkout: Add the product to your cart and enter the code at checkout to receive the reduced price.

    Can I return my order if I redeemed my Rewards for Good for a discount?

    Yes. If you return the entire order, we will refund the total amount in euros after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your membership account. Please contact customercare@marie-stella-maris.com for this.

    Can I also redeem my Drops in the stores?
    No, currently you can only redeem Drops online via www.marie-stella-maris.com and not in our stores.
