What is Club Marie?

Club Marie is our membership program that rewards you for contributing to sustainable water projects.Every time you refill our products, you earn more Drops than with a new purchase. This way, we create impact together – for yourself, for others, and for the world.Join us and get rewarded while contributing to positive change.

How do I become a member of Club Marie?

Becoming a member is very easy:

  • Go to www.marie-stella-maris.com/account
  • Enter your email address
  • You will receive a verification code by email
  • Log in to your account and click “Join Now” in the top right corner

Account

I already have an account. Am I automatically a Member?

No. First, log in to your account via www.marie-stella-maris.com/account.Then go to your order overview and click the “Join Now” button in the top right corner to activate your membership.Do you have multiple accounts? Please note: your membership can only be linked to one account.

Do I receive Drops for purchases made before creating my membership account?

No, you will only receive Drops for purchases made after your membership account has been created. So make sure you are logged in before placing an order.

I have multiple accounts. Can they be merged?

Yes, we can arrange this for you. Please send an email to customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com and we will take care of it. Do you have Drops across multiple accounts? We can transfer them to your preferred account.

I made purchases in the past. Where can I find these Drops?

Purchases made before you became a member of Club Marie will not be converted into Drops. Keep saving and engaging with our brand to grow your number of Drops.

Earning Drops

In what ways can I earn Drops?

You already receive Drops when you sign up for Club Marie. In addition, you can earn Drops by:

  • Making purchases (extra Drops for refills)
  • Following us on Instagram
  • Writing a product review
  • Referring a friend

Why do I receive more Drops for refills than for new products?

By choosing a refill, you use less packaging, create less waste, and reduce CO₂ emissions. We reward this conscious choice with extra Drops.Together, we make an impact. Join the Refillution!

Do purchases at retailers count?

No, the membership program only applies to purchases made via www.marie-stella-maris.com or in one of our boutiques.

How do I refer a friend?

In your membership account, you will find the option “Refer a friend.”Your friend will receive €10 off their first purchase. Once your friend places their first order through your link, you will receive 100 Drops.

How do I earn Drops by writing a review?

Write a review for a product of your choice.Please note: make sure you are logged in to your membership account so the Drops are added automatically.

Is there a limit to how many Drops I can earn?

No! You can continue to earn unlimited Drops by shopping, writing reviews, and contributing to our refill concept.

Can my Drops expire?

Yes, your Drops will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Why didn’t I receive Drops for my purchase?

Please check whether you were logged in to your membership account and make sure you checked out using the same email address linked to your Club Marie account.

You will not receive Drops for:

  • Returns
  • Cancelled orders

Drops earned from a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your balance.

I don’t see my earned Drops in my account. What should I do?

It may take a few minutes to several hours before Drops become visible. First, try the following:

  • Refresh your browser
  • Log out and log back in

Redeeming Drops

What can I redeem my Drops for?

You can redeem your Drops in three ways:

  • Premium Products
  • Fully payable with Drops
  • Redeemable with a subsequent online purchase only
  • The selection is refreshed every 2 months

Limited Products

  • A monthly selected product (for example, a limited edition or merchandise item)
  • Partially payable with Drops + a small additional payment
  • Redeemable online and in our boutiques
  • After redeeming, you will receive a discount code

Discount Vouchers

  • 100 Drops = €5 voucher
  • 200 Drops = €10 voucher
  • 300 Drops = €15 voucher

Redeemable online and in our boutiques with a minimum spend of €50

Can discount vouchers be combined?

No, you can use one discount voucher per purchase.

Can Drops be combined with other promotions?

No, Drops and discount vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, such as sale events or temporary discounts.

I’m unable to add a Premium Product to my shopping cart. What should I do?

Make sure you first add a regular product to your shopping cart before redeeming your Drops.Premium Products can only be added in combination with another purchase.

I redeemed my Drops for a Limited Product, but the product is not in my shopping cart. Is this correct?

Yes, that’s correct. When you redeem your Drops for a Limited Product, you will receive a discount code.

Here’s how it works:

  • Find the Limited Product via the navigation bar.
  • Add the product to your shopping cart.
  • Enter the discount code you received at checkout.

The discount will then be applied automatically.

Returns

Can I return my order if I redeemed Drops?

Yes. If you return the entire order:

  • You will receive a refund of the amount paid (after discount).
  • The Drops you used will be added back to your account.

What happens to my Drops and status in case of a return?

In the event of a return, the Drops earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.Did you reach a higher status as a result of this purchase? If so, that status will expire once the order is returned.
