Welcome to Club Marie, the loyalty programme of Marie-Stella-Maris. As a Club Marie member, you collect Drops through purchases and activities. These Drops can be redeemed for exclusive products, limited editions and other member rewards. By participating in Club Marie, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participation in Club Marie is free of charge. To become a member, you must create a personal account through our webshop. Only one Club Marie account is permitted per person. Membership is personal and non-transferable. New members receive 15% off their first order after signing up.

Marie-Stella-Maris may introduce temporary promotions throughout the year that allow members to earn additional Drops. Drops are awarded once an order has been fully completed. If an order is returned or cancelled, the earned Drops will automatically be removed from the account.

Drops remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, they expire automatically and cannot be reactivated. Members are responsible for redeeming their Drops before they expire.

Drops can only be redeemed for selected Club Marie rewards, including premium Marie-Stella-Maris products, exclusive member rewards, limited editions and special campaigns. Every month we also introduce a Limited Product Reward: a specially selected product that members can purchase with Drops at a reduced price. This offer may be available online and in selected stores. The available rewards may change throughout the year and are available while stocks last. Drops cannot be exchanged for cash.

There are three membership levels based on the total amount spent:

Enjoy (€1–€199), Refill (€200–€399) and Contribute (€400+).

Depending on your level, you may enjoy exclusive benefits such as Birthday Rewards, Early Access, exclusive pre-orders, member-only offers and exclusive experiences and events. Once you reach a new level, it becomes active immediately and remains valid for 12 months. After that period, your level is reassessed based on your spending during the previous 12 months.

Members who provide their date of birth receive an annual Gift Voucher. The voucher is personal, cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid only during the stated validity period.

Members can invite friends to join Club Marie. When a new customer makes a first purchase through the member's personal referral link and meets the promotional conditions, the member receives 100 Drops. Self-referrals are not permitted.

Marie-Stella-Maris reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate memberships or Drops in cases of misuse or fraud, adjust the number of Drops that can be earned, add or remove rewards, modify membership levels and benefits, and amend these terms. Members will be informed in advance of significant changes via email and/or the website.

Drops have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may only be used within Club Marie.
