As a Club Marie member, you collect Drops with purchases and activities. You can redeem these Drops for exclusive products, limited editions, and other member rewards.
By participating in Club Marie, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

To become a member, you must create a personal account via our webshop.
Only one Club Marie account is allowed per person.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
New members receive a 15% discount on their first order after registration.

Marie-Stella-Maris may introduce temporary promotions throughout the year where extra Drops can be earned.
Drops are awarded once an order is fully completed.
In case of a return or cancellation, the earned Drops will be automatically removed from the account.

Drops are valid for 12 months from the moment they are earned.

After this period, Drops automatically expire and cannot be reactivated.

Members are responsible for redeeming their Drops in a timely manner.

Drops can only be redeemed for selected rewards within Club Marie.

Drops cannot be redeemed for cash.

Club Marie has three membership levels. Your level is determined by the total amount you spend at Marie-Stella-Maris.

Enjoy (€1–199), Refill (€200–399), Contribute (€400+).

Depending on your membership level, you benefit from exclusive advantages, such as Birthday Rewards, Early Access to product launches, exclusive pre-orders, member-only offers, and exclusive experiences and events.

As soon as you reach a new membership level, it is activated immediately. You retain this level for 12 months from the date you qualify. After this period, your membership will be re-evaluated based on your spending in the preceding 12 months. Depending on your spending, you will maintain your current level or be automatically assigned to the corresponding level.

Members who have entered their date of birth will receive an annual Gift Voucher.

The voucher:

• is personal
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• is valid for the indicated validity period.

Members can invite friends to Club Marie.
When a new customer makes a first purchase that meets the promotional conditions via the personal referral link, the member receives 100 Drops.
Self-referrals are not allowed.

Club Marie continues to evolve. Marie-Stella-Maris reserves the right to:

• refuse, temporarily block, or terminate a membership and/or the awarding of
  Drops in cases of misuse, fraud, or actions contrary to these terms and conditions;
• adjust the number of Drops to be earned;
• add or remove
  rewards;
• change membership levels and benefits;
• amend these terms and conditions.

In the event of significant changes, we will inform our members in advance via
email and/or our website.

Drops have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and can only be used within Club
Marie.
